We had them out three times this summer to deal with the aftermath of family bereavements and having to leave things to run themselves while dealing with people. In their busiest season, I sometimes had to wait a few days for bins, but they arrived when they said they would, charged what they said they would (reasonable rates, too), and disposed of everything. I like that they recycle what thy can. Overall, a pleasant, professional group to deal with.
